We want you to be satisfied with your FurAway™ purchase.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a standard processing window.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
